Shipping Policy



We ship all across India. Shipping is done within 3-5 days subject to the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable, the customer will be notified for the approximate shipping time.

We ship by national courier companies such as DTDC, India Post Speed Shipment, or Fedex, depending on the order size.

The shipments will reach within 7 days from the date of shipping. Please calculate the shipping time after the dispatch notification from our end.

All the customers are notified after the shipment and are provided shipment tracking number. Customers can track their order status from their order history page, by clicking the “Track” button.



Please read the shipping policies before ordering the products. By ordering the products, you agree to the shipping policies, return policies, refund policies, payment terms, and other terms and conditions.



Missing item from your package

In case, you discover a missng item from your package, please inform us within 3-5 days and we will refund you the cost of that item.

Non availability to receive the package

Please ensure that you are available for receiving your shipped package; we inform you the timelines on when to expect your package. If the pckage is returned back because you were not available to receive it, we are not responsible for that. The postman usually attaches a notification at your door to collect your packet.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive your shipments. The returned packages are held at your local post office for few days. Please contact your local post office to receive your packet. Refunds are not done if you return the packets because of your non availability to receive them.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide correct address for shipment. Refunds are not done if you have provided a wrong address and you did not receive your package because of that. Please check your shipping address before placing an order. We will ship to the address which is received in the purchase order. The purchaser should take full responsibility of the information supplied by them.


Delivery Method: India Post International Express

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of payment. We do international shipments using India Post International. The shipment transit time is 7-10 days. Most packages reach their destinations within two weeks, but in some countries it may take longer, such as for AUSTRALIA, it may take few days more.

Shipment Notifications:

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email notification with details on your shipment such as shipment tracking number, name of the carrier, and the shipment tracking page. With the help of shipment tracking number, you can check the delivery status online.

We update the shipment tracking number in your order status; an automated e-mail from Earth Organic will be sent at your registered e-mail id updating your order status and shipment tracking number.

You will see a “Track” button on your order page. When you click this button, you can track the details of your shipped package.

India Post tracking website tracks the shipment till it is delivered to your country’s Government post. The rest of the tracking till delivery is updated by your local government postal carrier. If they fail to deliver the parcels, you can contact your local post office with India Post tracking number. If your Government post delay in delivering the parcel, kindly note we are not responsible for such delay.

In case of India Post misses an item, we will refund you the entire cost of the package.
